遇退換貨之商品於收到起7日內私訊官方LINE帳號客服協助後續換貨處理。

瑕疵與破損商品請於收到7日內私訊官方LINE客服協助後續退換貨處理,退換貨運費由欣買+負責。(需錄開箱影片證實開箱即破損)

若非瑕疵破損欲退換貨之商品,退換貨運費由會員自行負責,退貨商品亦會扣除運費後退還款項或點數。

If the product is not defective or damaged and you want to return or exchange it, the member will be responsible for the return shipping fee. For returned products, money or points will be refunded after deducting the shipping fee.
